We reserve the right to cancel &/or amend bookings or deny customers access to the premises without prior agreement/notification with no liability to any incurred costs from this action or actions taken in reliance of the availability of the cattery. This also applies to errors or omission from the owners, staff or any other authorised cattery representative for availability to board or have relied on availability of the facility to board an animal.
We reserve the right to deny access to animals if they are not or believed not vaccinated to required standards or they are a potential risk to staff or boarders through heath or temperament or any other limiting factor. The cattery complies with all relevant health and safety or local authority/government legislation/guidelines where applicable to boarding facilities and requires customers to abide by all rules relating to these or others so specified.
We reserve the right have a vet administer all necessary care as required to any animal boarded with us and recover from the owner or kin any incurred costs. We will always follow our vet’s recommendations as to any required treatment always putting the animal’s health and/or well being foremost. The cattery withhold the right to charge for any costs additional to those agreed if required due to unforeseen events including off site care etc. Although the cattery has a strict security and safety policy all boarders are left on the understanding that we have limited liability (for details please request to see a copy of our insurance) for the overall or specific well being of the animal/s in our care due to accident, fire, theft, loss or other natural or unnatural act (force majour).
Opening hours are set by the management and can be reviewed & amended as required (all reasonable prior notice will be given where possible to any changes in these). Boarding costs are set by the partners and can be reviewed at our discression - normally anually (all reasonable prior notice will be given where possible to any changes) & effective of all current and future boarders. Payment is by cheque (with current guarantee card) or cash only - no credit cards or any other form of payment is accepted. The cattery withholds the right to retain an animal/s until the boarding fee has been settled and withholds the right to charge for additional dates incurred from this action and recover fees and costs as necessary.
